Use: Dissolve one dose of the product – 30 g (2 measuring spoons) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings daily.
On training days: 1st dose in the morning after waking up, 2nd dose within 1.5 hours of training, 3rd dose at bedtime.
Other days: 1st dose in the morning after waking up, 2nd dose between meals, 3rd dose at bedtime.
