Use: Dissolve one portion of the product - 30 g (2 measuring spoons) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 doses daily. On training days: 1st dose in the morning after waking up, 2nd dose within 1.5 hours of exercise, 3rd dose at bedtime. Other days: 1st dose in the morning after waking up, 2nd dose between meals, 3rd dose at bedtime.
