Instructions for use
Recommended daily dose: 1 serving.
Mix 2 pumps (5 g of glycerol) with 300–500 ml of water or a pre-workout drink. Ideally consumed 30–60 minutes before exercise.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect and cause bloating or gastrointestinal discomfort in sensitive individuals.
