Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (6 g) of powder into liquid. Take one serving e.g. 10 minutes before starting training, during training or immediately after training. Also suitable with meals to supplement the protein content of meals.

L-leucine 2.5 g
L-valine 1.25 g
L-isoleucine 1.25 g
