The formula includes L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, and taurine, commonly used ingredients in performance supplements. It also contains VitaCholine® (choline), which contributes to normal liver function and normal fat metabolism, along with B-vitamins such as niacin (B3) and vitamin B12, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Each serving provides 200 mg of caffeine, which helps increase alertness and improve concentration. This makes it an excellent choice before high-intensity training, gym sessions, or demanding physical activity.
