TREC Nutrition Melatonin, a well absorbed 1mg melatonin.

TREC Nutrition Melatonin helps the user to reduce time to falling asleep as well as relieving occasional insomnia. Melatonin can help maintain a normal sleep rhythm as well as support sleep for relaxation. 1mg strength and easy to swallow capsule form.

Servings: 90pcs
Dosage: take 1 capsule with 150-200ml of water about 30min before bedtime.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin, dye; titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent; magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin (0.2%).
