OstroVit Supreme Pure Histidine contains only one ingredient; L-histidine. Histidine is one of the 20 basic amino acids used in protein synthesis in the body's cells. The body is able to synthesize that amino acid on its own, but for a number of reasons, the body does not normaly get enough of it. In this case, it should be obtained either through food or a dietary supplement in order to avoid a lack of it. The product is in powder form and without fillers such as aromas etc.
