Fenugreek extract, also known as buckthorn clover, is a well-known and long-used herb that contains a tremendous amount of phytochemical ingredients such as furostanol saponins as well as steroidal saponins. OstroVit has conveniently used only vegetarian sources to make the capsule, thus ensuring that the product is also suitable for vegans.

Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules (370-740 mg) daily with plenty of water.
