Mutant - Core Series ZMA+

ZMA+ supplement is an effective blend of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6.

These ingredients (ZMA) have been shown in studies to increase anabolic hormone levels in the body. Research has demonstrated that athletes using these three nutrients experienced more than a 30% increase in testosterone levels and an impressive 5% rise in concentrations of the growth factor IGF-1. Dosage: Take 2–3 capsules daily with 250 ml of water, preferably on an empty stomach before sleep. Mutant recommends using the product for 2 months (8 weeks), followed by a 4-week break.
