PPS Nutrition Maltodextrin carbohydrate powder is pure maltodextrin powder from corn starch. Maltodextrin is well suited for use in recovery drinks, drinks consumed during training (intra) and drinks consumed before training. Maltodextrin provides the muscles and brain with energy quickly, thus enhancing the recovery of the body and the growth of muscle mass. This GMO-free maltodextrin powder mixes well with liquid and is easily absorbed.

Maltodextrin can be easily mixed with e.g. bcaa/eaa amino acids, thus creating a well-absorbed drink to be consumed before/during training. Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (30g) of powder in 300ml of liquid, water or juice. Enjoy before, during or after training.

After training: Take 1-2g of maltodextrin per kilogram of your body weight, mixed with e.g. 30g of protein powder in a liquid. Enjoy immediately after training.

During training: Mix 30-50g of maltodextrin in a liter of water and enjoy sipping during training.
