Supports normal testosterone production
M-Nutrition has developed DAA + ZMA Vol. 2 to support normal testosterone production. The main active ingredient of the product is D-aspartic acid (DAA). In a controlled study, 23 healthy men received 3.2 g of D-Aspartic acid daily for 12 days and 20 men received placebo, or placebo. D-aspartic acid raised testosterone levels by about a third (Topo et al. 2009). One dose (6 capsules) of DAA + ZMA Vol. 2 contains 3 g of D-Aspartic acid.
DAA + ZMA Vol. 2 also contains zinc, magnesium, vitamin D3, selenium and vitamin B5 required for the formation and / or secretion of testosterone. The zinc source is an efficiently absorbed zinc gluconate and the source of magnesium is magnesium citrate.
