Citrulline malate is a compound formed by citrulline amino acid and malate, i.e. malic acid, easily mixes with liquids. The dose of citrulline malate can be consumed in its entirety before training, or the daily dose can be divided into two parts so that half of the dose is always consumed in the morning and the other half on training days before training.
