Instructions:

Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (30g) of powder with 100-150 ml of boiling water. Stir thoroughly and let it sit for 1-2 minutes; the serving is ready to enjoy.
Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (30g) of powder with 100-150 ml of water or milk and place the dish in the microwave for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave, stir the serving with a spoon for a moment, and enjoy.
