Returns and exchanges
We’re here to help you with returns and exchanges. Please notify us in advance if you plan to return or exchange a product.

14-Day right of return and exchange
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy in accordance with the Finnish Consumer protection act.
You may return or exchange only products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
We will refund the price of the returned products, excluding the original shipping or billing fees and a €6.00 (incl. VAT) handling fee.
Simply returning or failing to collect the package without a clear notice of cancellation is not sufficient.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof that the cancellation notice has been made, if necessary.
For partial returns, if the remaining order value after the return falls below the free-shipping threshold, both shipping and a €6 return handling fee will be charged.
For full order returns, both the shipping and return handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the returned products cause the total order value to drop below the threshold for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned.
If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to charge its regular retail price.
Return Instructions
• Pack the products carefully in a shipping box (not the product box, such as a shoe box). Ensure that any fragile items are properly protected. You may use a smaller box than the original delivery.
• Returns are not accepted after 14 days from delivery.
• Please include a clear notice of cancellation, so we can process your return quickly. You do not need to state a reason for the return.
Important notes
• Printed, embroidered, or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Food products, such as dietary supplements or edible beverages (VAT 14%), are non-returnable.
• Returns are subject to a handling fee (unless the product is defective).

• Your contact information
• Whether you wish to make a return or an exchange
• If exchanging, specify which product you would like instead
