Delivery terms

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
When ordering the customer must notify their name, e-mail address, mobile phone number and delivery address. The information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. For an order to be processed correctly, we emphasize to state all of the above info.

PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
All prices include VAT at either 14% (supplements) or 24% (accessories, clothes).Prices do not include shipping fees. Shipping Fee depends on the delivery method, and it is indicated in the shopping cart when ordering. PPS-Shop does not provide orders outside of EU. All the prices and product specifications are subject to change. Pps-shop reserves the right to pricing and product information errors, as well as to cancellation and dismantling of orders if possible delivery problems occur.
 
VALIDITY OF THE ORDER
The trade agreement will enter into force once the customer has confirmed the order and accepted the terms and conditions of orders.

CONSUMER PROTECTION
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, our products have a 14-day exchange and return policy for unused products. Return delivery is free of charge, but we may charge handling costs, which vary by country. Please remember to ask for a receipt for the delivery. 
For environmental reasons we recycle the empty packages and re-use them when sending orders. Therefore the packaging might not always correlate with the product inside. The products should, however, be sent back in the same package as they have been received. Neither price nor product tags must not be removed. If the product has been damaged due to incorrect packaging, we will not accept the return. If you are returning a used product, the value of the loss is 100%.
