Before I tried this I was using Optimum Health Whey Protein and I have to admit that it did not mix very well or give great results. I‘ve now been taking this once every day for over a month and i can already see results i‘ve gained half a stone and thats not even from a structured gym routine, I highly recomend this product. this has to be one of the best quality, nicest tasting protein ive ever had it has amazing value for money esecially compared to its competitors the amino acid profile and high protein content per scoop is excellent and means no hassling or wasting which you find with many other manufacturers (such as sci mx) overall i am more than impressed
